Results of analysis of a single Alternative

ESTIMATION AND CHOICE provides you with unique option to analyze every single alternative. To run analysis for single alternative just click its name at the page with results for group of alternatives. You can as well check only one alternative for analysis on page "Alternatives and Analysis".

The system shows final rating of the alternative, list of General Parameters sorted by weight with their ratings and verbal interpretation of ratings (for better emotional perception).

You can see as well list of Parameters influencing current General Parameter with their values, ratings (resulting from Utility Function) and verbal interpretation of ratings.

For example the results for the alternative "Car1" may look like:

If the Alternative has some missed values of parameters the final rating in Single Alternative Analysis results may vary from final rating of the same Alternative in group analysis. The reason is that in group analysis the missed values can be automatically restored as average from the values for other alternatives. In Single Alternative Analysis system does not restore missed values.

To view details for certain General Parameter just click its name in the table of General Parameters. The details are ordered by the weight of parameters influencing current General parameter. You can see value of the parameter and its rating - actually, it's a value of the Utility Function for this parameter.

The verbal interpretation of ratings allows to apprehend the results in more emotional way. The table below shows relation between rating diapasone and its verbal interpretation:

As you can see now, the system allows you to estimate alternatives at three levels: Final rating, ratings for every General Parameters and at last ratings for every single parameter of alternatives !
